3D Puff embroidery: creates raised, dimensional designs with a foam underlay. To ensure quality, designs cannot be smaller than 1.8".

Flat embroidery: Our most delicate option, with a minimum character height of approx. 0.7". Resizing is available upon request and follows our revision policy ($7 per additional revision).

Every hat is made to order, just for you.

After you place your order: we’ll send you a complimentary digital mockup of your chosen embroidery and thread color within 1–2 days.

Review & approve: you’ll be able to request 1 free revision for small changes (such as adjusting thread color or embroidery placement).

Final approval: once you confirm the mockup, production begins.
Production takes 5–7 days, plus shipping time depending on your location.
Additional mockups beyond the included revision may be requested for a small fee of $7 per revision (such as resizing the design).
