Material Care
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
Do not dry clean.

After you place your order: Receive a complimentary digital mockup of your embroidery + thread color(s) within 1–2 days.
Review & approve: You may request 1 free revision for small changes (such as thread color or placement).
Final approval: Once approved, production begins.
Production: 5–7 days
Shipping: varies by location
Additional revisions → Beyond the included revision, extra mockups are available for $7 each.
