3D Puff Embroidery

• Available only on the front

• Creates a raised, dimensional design with a foam underlay

• Character(s) height: approx. 1.7"–1.9" (cannot be smaller due to quality)

Flat Embroidery

• Available on the front, sides, and back

• Size can range from 1.9" down to 0.7" (0.7" is the smallest possible for clarity and precision)

Thread Colors

• Each embroidery design may include up to 6 thread colors

Process

Every hat is custom designed and made to order, uniquely for you.

1. After you place your order: Receive a complimentary digital mockup of your embroidery + thread color(s) within 1–2 days.

2. Review & approve: You may request 1 free revision for small changes (such as thread color or placement). 

3. Final approval: Once approved, production begins. 

   • Production: 5–7 days

   • Shipping: varies by location

    

4. Additional revisions → Beyond the included revision, extra mockups (such as resizing) are available for $7 each.

We ship worldwide to selected countries. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
