We ship worldwide to selected countries. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Customs fees: Depending on your country and fulfillment location, customs charges may apply. These fees vary by order value, regulations, and other factors. Gummaae is not responsible for customs charges.

Jewelry

Currently available exclusively in the U.S.

  • Standard Delivery: $10 (5–15 business days)
  • Complimentary Shipping: Free for orders over $300 USD
  • Please note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

For all shipments, we are affiliated with USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Order Process (Made-to-Order & Custom Items)

  1. Order placed → You’ll receive a digital mockup within 1–2 days.
  2. Review & approve → Make any adjustments if needed.
  3. Final approval → Once confirmed, production begins (5–14 days).
  4. Shipping → You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Gummaae is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please provide a safe and secure delivery address at checkout.
  • If you entered an incorrect address, email us immediately. We’ll do our best to update it before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
  • If an order ships to the wrong address, we must first locate the original package before reshipping.
  • If you haven’t received your package within 20 days, contact us at contact@gummaae.com so we can file an investigation with the courier.

Shipping Returns

  • Unfortunately, we currently do not cover shipping costs to return (working on offering more friendly return policies).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
